Privacy Policy
LLMCheck collects no personal data, sets no advertising cookies, and runs no third-party trackers or fonts. Your Mac selections and any pasted system_profiler output are processed entirely in your browser and never transmitted to us. Site traffic is measured only with Cloudflare's privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics.

The short version
LLMCheck is a free, static website. We do not ask you to create an account, we do not run advertising or social-media trackers, and we do not sell or share any data about you. The compatibility checker runs 100% in your browser.
The tool runs locally — nothing is sent to us
When you use the hardware checker, your chip and RAM selections — and any text you paste from system_profiler — are read and processed entirely by JavaScript running in your own browser. That information is never uploaded, logged, or transmitted to LLMCheck or any third party. You can confirm this in your browser's network inspector: the tool makes no network request when you run it.
Analytics
We measure aggregate traffic (page views, referrers, countries, device types) using Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-preserving and cookieless. It does not fingerprint you, does not track you across sites, and does not build an advertising profile. We use it only to understand which pages are useful. See Cloudflare Web Analytics.
We do not use Google Analytics or any other third-party tracker.
No third-party fonts or embeds
Fonts are self-hosted on our own domain, so your IP address is not shared with Google Fonts or any font CDN. Pages load no third-party scripts, pixels, or iframes.
Hosting & security (Cloudflare)
The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. As our CDN and security provider, Cloudflare may process your IP address transiently to deliver the site, defend against attacks, and generate the aggregate analytics above, and may set a strictly-necessary security cookie (e.g. __cf_bm). Affiliate links
Some outbound links to hardware are Amazon affiliate links (see our affiliate disclosure). If you click one, Amazon may set its own cookies on Amazon's domain to attribute a purchase — this is governed by Amazon's Privacy Notice, not ours. We never receive your name, payment details, or order contents; we only ever see anonymous, aggregate commission reports from Amazon.
External links
We link to third-party download sources such as Ollama, LM Studio, Jan, and Hugging Face. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
